Mental Health Hare and Tortoise are within us. Once upon a time, in a quiet village in our India, nestled between green fields and ancient banyan trees, lived a tortoise named Dhairya and a hare named Chanchal. Hare was swift, proud of himself. He laughed at everyone, especially on the Tortoise, who walked slowly, spoke little, and spent his time in prayer and meditation near the river. “Why do you even try to live like this?” mocked Hare one day. “The world belongs to the fast. You’ll never achieve anything at this pace.” Tortoise smiled gently. “Each one of us walks the path that is meant for us. Life is not a race.
